What is your minimum order quantity?
You may order as few as one item for most products.
Do you accept purchase orders with NET terms?
Yes. We accept purchase orders on purchases of at least $1,000 with NET 30 terms after credit approval. Submit a credit application with your W-9 and trade references through [email protected]. Approval typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Can I get a custom kit quote?
Yes. Email [email protected] or call 800-270-2889 with your desired contents, quantities, packaging requirements, and deadline. Custom kit quotes are typically returned within 2 business days.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, for qualifying accounts. We can ship orders directly to your customers with blind packing slips (no emergencykits.com branding). Drop ship fees and minimums apply. Contact sales for program details.
Can I private label or co-brand kits?
Yes. We offer private-label and co-branded kits with your logo on packaging and kit contents cards. Minimum order quantities apply, depending on the product. Lead times are 2 to 4 weeks after artwork approval.
Do you sell through GSA or government contracts?

Do you offer training or preparedness consulting?

Do you ship freight to commercial addresses?

Can you build a custom kit to our specifications?
