How long does shipping take?
Orders under 150 lbs typically ship within 24 hours via FedEx Ground and arrive in 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance from our Simi Valley, CA fulfillment center. Orders over 150 lbs ship via freight; call 800-270-2889 for a transit estimate.
What carriers do you use?
We typically ship via FedEx Ground or USPS for orders under 150 lbs and contracted freight carriers for heavier orders. Local pickup at our Simi Valley, CA facility is also available at no charge.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and tracking is also visible under My Account > Order Status. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 business hours of placing your order, contact [email protected]. (Please note that larger orders may take longer than 48 hours to ship.)
What happens to my order during a disaster?
During active disasters, demand for emergency supplies spikes and shipping delays and backorders are very likely. We send proactive email updates when order timing changes and process orders in the sequence received to keep fulfillment fair.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Free local pickup is available at our Simi Valley, CA fulfillment center. Call 800-270-2889 to confirm your order is ready before you arrive.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
Not generally, but iif your order is needed especially quickly, please call us to see if expedited shipping is available.
How are freight orders shipped?
Some orders over 150 lbs ship via motor freight on a pallet. Freight shipments require a receiving address with a loading dock or lift-gate service (extra cost). Call 800-270-2889 for a custom freight quote.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes, for some orders; contact [email protected] for APO/FPO/DPO requests. Availability depends on order size and contents; some items (lithium batteries, aerosols) cannot be shipped to military addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Email [email protected] or call 800-270-2889 as soon as possible. Once FedEx has picked up the package, address changes require a carrier intercept fee.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on qualifying orders. Bulk customers may qualify for freight allowances; contact our sales team at [email protected] for details.
