Do you ship internationally?
Generally we ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not typically provide international shipping or export support, but for orders over 1,000 units, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For ReadyWise, IOSAT, and face masks, all sales are final, but defective items qualify for replacement within 30 days.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
While we don't offer wholesale pricing, we do offer discounts on bulk orders.
