What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and Venmo. Qualifying accounts may pay by purchase order for orders over $1,000 with NET 30 terms after credit approval. We do not store credit card details on our site.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged when you place the order, not when it ships. We charge at checkout because our site does not store card details, so waiting to charge would require re-entering your payment information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected in select states. The most accurate and up-to-date amount for your location will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where can I see or print my invoice or receipt?
Sign in to your account, open My Account > Order History, and select the order to view or print the invoice.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes, for orders over $1,000 for qualifying businesses, non-profits, schools, municipalities, and government customers with NET 30 terms after credit approval. Submit a credit application through the wholesale page or call 800-270-2889 to start the process.
How do I dispute a charge?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the nature of the dispute before contacting your bank. We resolve most billing questions within 3 business days. For unauthorized charges, report them to your card issuer immediately.
Do you offer financing or installment payments?
No, we do not currently offer in-house financing.
How long do refunds take to post to my card?
We issue refunds within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item. After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer typically takes 2 to 5 additional business days to post the credit to your statement.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for qualifying orders. Contact [email protected] with your intended quantities for a custom quote.
Do you price match?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Submit the competing listing (URL and pricing details) to [email protected] and we will do our best to beat the price you've seen. We cannot match expired promotional pricing.
