At we build our own kits which allows us to monitor the building, packaging, and shipping process from end to end.  Our Fulfillment Team inspects everything before we ship, and we pack shipments to prevent damage in transit.  We also work hard to make sure our website contains comprehensive information about every product so that when you receive your order there are no surprises.  As a result, has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

With that said, in rare cases problems can occur.  For this reason, we offer our customers a “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee”.

If you discover a damaged or missing item in your order, within 30 days of receipt, contact us at 800-270-2889 to arrange for a refund or replacement item. If it’s our fault, we even pay for the return shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship it back to us.  Upon receipt of your returned items, we will refund the purchase price plus any tax.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Exceptions: On orders over 150lbs, and orders shipped via freight, we only accept returns on the portion of your order that is damaged. If you are placing a large quantity order, we recommend ordering a sample item first to make sure the product meets your needs. In addition, food and water items must be returned in their original unopened packaging to receive full credit on a return.


All sales of ReadyWise and Wise Food Products are FINAL.  No returns or refunds will be accepted, however defective or damaged products will be replaced at no cost to the customer with the same product within 30 days of receipt.


Unless stated otherwise, all products sold at are new and come with full manufacturers warranties.  

All Essential Packs branded products come with a 1 year limited replacement warranty.

If you have a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly unless it is within 30 days from when the product was received.
