SHIPPING IS FREE on most orders over $75 (exceptions apply, including shipments outside the lower 48 states).
At EmergencyKits.com we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. For orders weighing under 150lbs, we normally ship within 24 hours and, in many cases, the same day. For these orders we use FedEx Ground Service. Transit times range between 1-5 days, depending on how far from Southern California the order is being shipped to.
For large orders (over 150lbs), we normally ship using one of several freight companies. We shop around to find the most affordable and reliable freight service to your area. You’re also welcome to pick up your order at our Simi Valley, CA, fulfillment center at no charge, or arrange for your own carrier to pick it up — also at no cost.
Returns
At EmergencyKits.com, we build our own kits, allowing us to oversee the entire process — from assembly and packaging to shipping. Every order is carefully inspected by our Fulfillment Team and packed to help prevent damage in transit. We also provide detailed product information online, so you know exactly what to expect. If you receive a damaged or missing item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 800-270-2889 to arrange a refund or replacement. If the issue is our fault, we’ll cover return shipping. If you’re not satisfied for any other reason, we’ll provide a prepaid return label within 30 days of receipt. Once returned, we’ll refund the purchase price and applicable tax; shipping costs are non-refundable.
