HOW DO I REQUEST A FORMAL QUOTE?

To get a formal quote, simply send an email to Sales@EmergencyKits.com and include: your contact information, items and quantities to include, shipping address, delivery date requirements, how you plan to pay, and any other important details.  We can send you a quote in as little as 10 minutes. CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE OF SOMETHING I WANT TO ORDER IN LARGER QUANTITIES?

The answer is yes.  However, due to the high number of requests we receive, you will initially need to pay for the sample.  When your evaluation is complete, simply return it for a complete refund.  We will even pay for the return shipping.  To arrange for a sample, simply place your order online, Email us at Sales@EmergencyKits.com, or call us at (800) 270-2889.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • CREDIT CARDS:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Cards. Note that because we do not store any credit card information in our system, we charge your card when you place your order.
  • PAYPAL
  • CHECK:  When paying by check, place your order online, then mail your check to: 775 Cochran St,STE F, Simi Valley, CA 93065.  As soon as your check clears, we will ship your order.
  • PURCHASE ORDERS: Place your order online and select "Purchase Order" as the payment type.  You will then need to enter the PO number.  Once your online order is complete, email a signed copy of the PO to PurchaseOrders@EmergencyKits.com. That's it!  We will review the PO and contact you if we need additional information. Note we only accept POs over $100.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?

Orders under 150lbs normally ship the same or next day.  Orders over 150lbs can take longer depending on the size of the order.  Our Fulfillment Team builds kits as they are ordered which ensures that the items in your kits are newly manufactured (this matters especially for food and water).  If you need an order delivered by a specific date, contact us at (800) 270-2889 to make arrangements. We can usually accommodate rush orders.    Note that in the days and weeks following a disaster or emergency, inventory can run out quickly, which may result in shipping delays.  That's why its important to order supplies before they are needed. Don't Delay, Prepare Today!

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

At EmergencyKits.com, we operate with a "No Gimmicks" philosophy.  We have negotiated shipping rates in place for Federal Express and many freight companies we use.  We simply pass along our low rates to our customers.  We do not pad our shipping rates, or add any handling fees.  In many cases, our rates are discounted more that 60% from the standard pricing offered.

THE FREIGHT SHIPPING FEE ON YOUR WEBSITE SEEMS HIGH, CAN YOU DO BETTER?

Our Website tries hard to estimate an accurate shipping fee for large or heavy orders, however, in many cases, we can get the shipping fee down a bit if you call us.  Contact us at (800) 270-2889 and we will put together a formal quote with shipping for you. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

With the exception of Canada, we generally do not ship orders under 150lbs internationally.  In many cases, the cost of international shipping is prohibitive.  If you have a large order or an order with many international destinations, please contact us at (800) 270-2889 to discuss.  With that said, you always have the option of arranging your own shipping and having your shipper pick up from our warehouse.

IS IT BETTER TO CHECKOUT AS A GUEST OR BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

We recommend creating an account during the checkout process vs checking out as a guest.  When you create an account, you can sign in later to check the status of your order, reorder products from previous orders, create new orders without having to retype your address information, manage multiple addresses, arrange for a return, or leave us a message. When you checkout as a guest, none of the information you enter is saved for future use.  Note that weather you have an account or checkout as a quest, we do not store any credit card information.

I HAVE A COUPON CODE, HOW DO I APPLY IT TO AN ORDER?

Go to your shopping cart and locate the Coupon Code box located at the bottom left side of the shopping cart page.  Enter your coupon code in the box and click on apply.  If you entered a valid coupon code, your shopping cart will update to reflect any discounts associated with the coupon code.
