This Standard CERT Backpack is designed to hold important CERT gear. It's made of 600D PVC which is non-toxic (no prop 65 warning needed), and is more water resistant than nylon. This backpack has 1 large compartment and 2 smaller compartments. the large compartment opens on 3 sides making it quick and easy to access supplies. This backpack is designed to fit most adults and has adjustable shoulder straps. This Standard CERT Backpack measures 18" x 12" x 9".
This backpack also features the FLEX labeling system, which allows you to select the type of printing that appears on the front. There are several pre-printed labels to choose from, and you can also have a label specific for your CERT organization custom printed (call for details).
I bought this for 2 reasons: the bag I was issued, the straps were way too short.. This bag has longer, comfortable straps.. Water bottle holder is definitely a plus.. Seems quite well made. Main pocket is more than roomy enough for all the CERT gear that was initially issued to me.
The reason I bought this backpack is because it did have a pocket large enough for a water bottle. This way it doesn't take up the room inside the backpack.
