SHIPPING OPTIONS
At EmergencyKits.com we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. For orders weighing under 150lbs, we normally ship within 24 hours and in many cases, the same day. For these orders we use FedEx Ground Service. Transit times range between 1 and 5 days depending on how far from Southern California the order is being shipped to.
For large orders (over 150lbs), we normally ship using one of several freight companies. We shop around to find the most affordable and reliable freight service to your area. You also have the option of picking up your order at our fulfillment center in Simi Valley, CA (no charge), or making your own shipping arrangements to have your order picked up by your own shipper (no charge).
IMPORTANT NOTE: In times of disaster and other emergency situations, demand for emergency supplies is exceptionally high. While we carry a large inventory of supplies, it can run out within a matter of minutes. Shipping times and the likelihood of items being out-of-stock is very likely in these situations.
SHIPPING FEES
At EmergencyKits.com we operate with a “No Gimmicks” philosophy. Many people are fooled into believing that companies offering FREE Shipping are actually footing the bill for the real shipping cost. It’s important to understand that there is no such thing as free shipping and companies claiming to offer free shipping are simply hiding the shipping fees in the price of their products. At EmergencyKits.com we don’t play that game. We simply pass on our negotiated and heavily discounted shipping fees with no padding.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
EmergencyKits.com does not ship orders outside of the United States and Canada. In addition, due to the complexity and number of items in our kits, we do not provide support or information required for exporting our products outside of the United States.
